1. Collection of Information
To provide trauma recovery coaching services, I may collect the following information:
Personal Information: Name, address, phone number, email address.
Demographic Information: Date of birth, gender.
Health Information: Mental and emotional health details, diagnoses, treatment history, medications, and relevant social or family history. This information will be collected only with your written consent and used solely to support your coaching sessions.
All personal information is stored securely in accordance with privacy best practices.
2. Fees
Individual Sessions starts at:
60 minutes: $100
75 minutes: $130
90 minutes: $150
3. Confidentiality & Disclosure
All session notes, documents, and correspondence are confidential.
I will only break confidentiality if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in situations required by law.
As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach™ and a Mandatory Reporter under California law and the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching (IAOTRC), I am required to report any suspected abuse of minors, elderly individuals, or persons with disabilities to the appropriate authorities.
4. Scope & Limitations of Coaching
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing active suicidal thoughts, self-harm, severe mental health issues, or active addiction, I may refer you to a qualified professional while continuing coaching for other areas. This is part of our Escalated Care Protocol.
I am committed to working collaboratively with other professionals as needed for your safety and well-being.
5. Expectations of Coaching Sessions
You Can Expect From Me:
Punctuality and full focus during sessions.
Up-to-date knowledge on trauma and recovery practices.
A safe, non-judgmental space.
Practical tools and strategies tailored to your journey.
My Expectations of You:
Arrive 5 minutes early to prepare.
Be willing to engage actively in your recovery journey.
Communicate if you feel triggered or need additional support.
Be honest and open to maximize the benefits of our sessions.
6. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment: Due prior to each session. Invoices are sent at least 24 hours before your session. Non-payment will result in session cancellation.
Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee, applied to a rescheduled session within 7–10 days.
No-Show: Full session fee applies.
Refunds: Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded after 30 days if not rescheduled.
7. Crisis & Emergency Resources
I do not provide crisis services outside scheduled sessions.

8. Communication Policy
Email inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours when possible.
Please do not use sessions while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Repeated impairment may result in termination of the coaching relationship.
Third parties (spouse, parent, friend) may attend sessions only after prior discussion and agreement.
Cell phones should be silenced or left in another room during sessions.
9. Grievance Procedure
As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach™, I am bound by the IAOTRC Code of Ethics. If you feel there has been a breach of ethics or professionalism, you may contact the IAOTRC Professional Standards Committee at Grievance@iaotrc.com.
All complaints are held confidential.
