I was always the quiet girl, the one who made sure everyone else was happy, even when I wasn’t.


My work is deeply personal.

At 23, I moved to the United States, determined to rebuild my life from the ground up. Like many people, I was searching for a new beginning while also carrying experiences that had shaped how I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me.

While building a career in the beauty industry, I found myself holding space for clients in ways that went far beyond the chair. People often shared their struggles, their past, and the emotional weight they were carrying.

Those conversations awakened something in me.

They led me to begin a deeper journey of healing: both personally and professionally.

Today, as a trauma-informed coach and domestic violence advocate, I support individuals who are ready to understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier relationships in their lives.

I offer a compassionate, confidential space where you can explore your story, feel supported, and move toward lasting emotional healing.
